A conference was organized at the initiative of the Department of Cartography of the Faculty of Geography and Geoinformation Systems at the National University of Uzbekistan.

At the international scientific-practical conference on the topic “The role of modern geo-informational cartography, remote sensing methods and technologies in geographic research”, several foreign HEIs (Russia, Belarus, Germany, Finland, Austria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.) teachers and heads of state organizations of co-production and professors and teachers of higher education institutions of the republic took part.

For information, the conference will last until April 26, and at the end of it, a memorandum of cooperation is expected to be signed between the International Education Corporation (Olmota, Republic of Kazakhstan) and the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
