The department studies the dynamics of the University’s development and analyzes the data collected from all departments that are part of the management structure. The given information is prepared in accordance with the requirements of international rating agencies such as THE and QS. Proposals for the development strategy of the university will be developed based on the experience of foreign universities that rank high in international rankings.
The composition of the department:
It consists of 1 department head and 4 Methodists (1 1 and 3 0.5 staff members).
Functional tasks of the department:
– Drawing up current and prospective work plans of the department and ensuring their implementation; – Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Decisions, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, orders, instruction letters, modem and phonegrams and department to ensure and monitor the implementation of UzMU orders related to its activities in faculties, departments, departments;
– implementation of regulatory documents, methodological instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, as well as decisions of the University Council regarding the department of work with foreign students, orders and instructions of the rector of the university, assignments of the vice-rector for international relations provide;
– Making suggestions to the management on improving the University’s work;
– Control over the storage of materials and information related to the department’s activities;
– Continuous monitoring of the parameters affecting the rating indicators and providing information and reports to the management on their status;
– Regularly determining the indicators of the university’s contribution to the international ranking in terms of faculties and departments;
– Regularly acquaint the employees of the departments and departments with the requirements of the international rating system;
– Improvement and development of department activity;
– Implementation of appropriate measures to improve and develop the work of the department;
– Providing information and reports on the Department’s activities to the Ministry and other relevant agencies in accordance with the established procedure;
– participation in the development and approval of projects and organizational-methodical documents for the implementation of international activities of UzMU;
– Fulfilling legal orders and orders of the employer;
– Compliance with the requirements of labor protection, safety equipment and production sanitation.
