The personnel department of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek is one of the constituent departments of the university. Section Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees, Decrees and Orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Orders and decrees of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, It operates on the basis of the Labor Code, orders and decrees of the University Rector, as well as the University Regulations, instructions and relevant instructions. The personnel department organizes the activities of professors, teaching assistants and finance employees working at the university in accordance with the university’s internal regulations, labor discipline, job instructions and established rules. The head of the department and 2 first-class engineers and 2 inspectors work in the personnel department. Inspectors of work with professors, teaching assistants and finance employees of the department organize work in accordance with the instructions and instructions of the head of the personnel department. He works according to the instructions.

       Duties of personnel department:

  • Recruiting professors, teaching assistants and finance employees, canceling employment contracts, changing positions and staff units, granting work leave and early recall to work, determine and control the determination of periods of leave, recruitment on the basis of selection, attestation;
  • Supervise the conclusion of labor contracts between each employee and prepare work orders;
  • Making proposals on the formation and use of the reserve of managerial personnel;
  • Prepare and submit proposals to the rector of the university regarding the composition of professors and teachers, their work discipline, improving the quality of education and preventing their dissatisfaction;
  • To be in contact with higher organizations on personnel issues;
  • Organization of recommending university professors and employees to the Ministry and relevant organizations for state awards;
  • Preparing certificates for professor-teachers, teaching assistants and finance employees and controlling the extension of the term of certificates; – confirming the signatures of professors and teachers, issuing references;
  • Keeping labor records, keeping their accounts correctly and handing them over to the employee whose employment contract has been terminated or terminated in a timely manner;
  • Conducting statistical reports of professors, teaching assistants and finance employees in the prescribed form;
  • Creation of a personal collection folder, personal sheet (T-2 form), personal reference book (lens) of professor-teacher, teaching assistant and financial staff, organization of their maintenance in the prescribed manner;
  • Coordinating the university’s staff schedule together with the financial and economic department and conducting work based on the staff schedule;
  • Identifying professors and teachers and employees of retirement age, formalizing their documents and registering them;
  • At the beginning of every month, providing information about vacancies to the district employment support center;
  • Transfer all normative and personal documents related to employees kept in the department to the university archive by drawing up a document in the established order;
  • Compliance with the rules of etiquette and internal order, labor discipline and behavior culture in working with the department and employees.
