The department forms personal collective folders by keeping records of documents related to students studying in the University in the form of full-time education and living in rented apartments based on a lease agreement, formalizing and monitoring the execution of relevant orders, submitting applications from students to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2021 based on the requirements of the regulation listed in the appendix of Resolution No. 605 of September 24, studying and registering compliance with social criteria, providing relevant information about students whose applications have been satisfied and their list to the accounting department for making payments performs analysis of data on students living on the basis of the right to rent, a part of the monthly rent payment is covered from the State budget, summarizes statistical data on the basis of social criteria and prepares a report.

The composition of the department: consists of 1 head of department and 3 chief specialists.
