A scientific conference was held with the participation of representatives of the field of journalism and media

An international scientific and practical conference on “Journalism and Mass Communications in the 21st century: development trends, education and technologies” was held at the National University of Uzbekistan.

This conference was organized on the occasion of the implementation of the new Uzbekistan development strategy for 2022-2026 and the resolution “On measures to support the media and develop journalism” signed on June 27, 2022, and the 106th anniversary of NUUz.

The conference aimed to attract the attention of academic circles and the general public to the research carried out in the fields of Journalism, Journalism, Communication, artificial intelligence, internet media, public relations, design, mediasavodkhanism, advertising and medialinguistics, and strengthen cooperation between the faculties of journalism of Central Asian countries.

At the opening of the conference, Anet Obolensky, the international consultant of the UNESCO mission in Uzbekistan, Vlastimil Samek, the head of the UN Information Bureau in Kazakhstan, spoke.

Scientists from leading universities of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Karakalpakstan, mediators, masters, doctoral students of Italy, USA, Azerbaijan, Russia took part in the work of the conference.

This international scientific and practical conference was an important platform for the exchange of new knowledge and experience in journalism and Mass Communications, the introduction of new technologies and the discussion of current issues related to the field.

Ushbu xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya jurnalistika va ommaviy kommunikatsiyalar sohasidagi yangi bilim va tajribalarni almashish, yangi texnologiyalarni joriy etish va sohaga oid dolzarb masalalarni muhokama qilish uchun muhim platforma bo‘ldi.
