  102 tutors work at the National University of Uzbekistan. One tutor from each of the 16 faculties of the university is appointed as a member of the council. The work carried out by the tutors is concentrated in the board. The main tasks of the council are to effectively organize the harmony of the education and training process, to improve the content, forms, and methods of the tutors’ activities, to master the educational programs while providing socio-spiritual and psychological support to students, to improve their lives. to make decisions, to introduce the methodology of directing the acquisition of skills suitable for the chosen profession, to strengthen the position of the community and the neighborhood in matters related to improving student attendance, to analyze the progress of students in mastering the lessons, from the lesson to introduce effective forms of meaningful spending of work time, to educate young people spiritually and morally, to establish an effective system of increasing their legal and political culture, to inculcate patriotism in every young man and woman of the university, to fulfill their assigned duties seriously implementation, further increasing the efficiency of work related to youth education, spirituality, enlightenment and culture.

The structure of the council of tutors consists of the chairman of the council and 15 tutors.
